Back in April, I had the honor of taking photos of my sister's proposal on the Farm where she and her fiancé first met. It was such a special moment for Hanna and Landon. When talking to her about where she would like to take her engagement photos, the Upper Peninsula was brought up. The two of us have been going Up North since we were kids, so it's a very special place for both of us!

It was such a beautiful July evening in Barbeau with the sun going down (minus the terrible mosquitos). They included a champagne pop and took photos together standing in the river. I of course made sure to capture many shots of her beautiful ring and the details surrounding the area.

It's such a special feeling when you get to capture important moments for the people you love. I can't wait to see what the future holds for the two of them, and to celebrate their marriage next September!
